The Bulk Cement Truck is composed of two parts: the truck chassis and the powder bulk transport special equipment.
Special device structure: It mainly consists of transmission system, tank assembly, fluidization device, power system, piping system, connection device and attachment device.
It is suitable for bulk transportation of fly ash, charcoal powder, bituminous coal powder, special cement for cementing, lower ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granule base, etc.
It is mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses, large-scale construction sites, concrete mixing plants, chemical companies, grain reserve centers, large-scale thermal power plants, and individual users.

Tank body

The tank body is the main component of the powder tank truck. It is mainly used to load the medium and form the internal air chamber, fluidized bed, side skateboard and so on. Mainly by the cylinder body, head, manhole cover and fluidization device and other components.

(1) Number of tank tanks: 2 tanks (<30m3) and 3 tanks (>30m3).

(2) Tank shape: round, oval, square circle.

(3) manhole cover two kinds of structure: the inside of the button into the hole cover; external three-jaw external pressure type manhole cover.

The two types of inlet caps have their own characteristics:

a. Inner buckle structure: The height of the vehicle after loading is 100mm lower than that of the outer pressure spring lifting structure; however, the operation maneuverability is poor and the operation is troublesome.

b. External pressure structure: high height, good maneuverability and easy operation.

2. Fluidization device

The fluidization device is the core component of the powder tanker and is the key to the smooth discharge of the entire vehicle.

Y-shaped fluidized bed structure, also called W-type fluidized bed structure

Advantages: high effective volume (up to 85%), low residual rate;

Disadvantages: The production process is relatively complicated.

6 Longitudinal joints of tank body butt joints

The handheld beveling machine is used for beveling before the butt joint of the sheet material.

The tank body adopts longitudinal seam butt joints. Longitudinal seams are welded by fully automatic gas shielded welding. With single-sided welding, the weld seam quality and straightness are easily ensured, eliminating the influence of human factors.
